about lauren
Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when you're dealing with substance abuse, mental health challenges, trauma or you're unsure of what is causing you discomfort. Whether you're a teenager trying to navigate life's pressures or an adult facing overwhelming stress, I offer a safe, grounded space to begin looking at these issues.
With over 15 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CASAC, my clinical background includes leadership roles as a Clinical Director in a psychiatric hospital and a Program Coordinator for an intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP), as well as work across a range of other treatment settings and specialties. As a psychotherapist, I offer individual, couples and family therapy for adolescents and adults.

My style is compassionate but direct: I believe in getting to the heart of what’s holding you back and helping you build practical tools for change. I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma and other complex diagnoses.

Therapy with me is collaborative-we'll set clear goals together and adjust them as your needs evolve. My priority is helping you feel empowered, understood and capable of real progress. I am here to listen without judgement and to work alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths and take meaningful steps forward.
